Yes. The calculator treats the amount as T4 employment and includes the employee share of CPP/CPP2 and EI. Self-employed income needs a different calculation.

Yes. The applicable federal and provincial or territorial basic personal amounts are applied automatically and shown in the calculator.

All provinces except Quebec, which has its own separate tax system. Pick your province above for its exact brackets.

The federal lowest rate is 14.5% for 2025 and 14% for 2026, and brackets are indexed each year, so the two years give slightly different results.
