By confirming consent on our website, you authorize us to send communications via the channels you subsequently choose to join (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and/or email). You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. How We Collect & Log Consent

6. Sharing & Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers as needed to operate our services (e.g., hosting, CRM, messaging platforms), under contracts requiring confidentiality and appropriate safeguards. We disclose information to authorities only if legally required.
7. Storage, Location & Security
Website data is transmitted over a secure HTTPS/TLS connection. For tax reporting, we use professional DT MAX software. Email communication is conducted via Gmail in accordance with email security standards.

We retain client data for the duration of our cooperation and in accordance with legal requirements. You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
9. Your Rights
* Access your personal information we hold.
* Request correction or deletion.
* Withdraw consent at any time via the bot menu (Notifications → Off) or by contacting us.
10. Cookies & Analytics
What we use. Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type) and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors interact with pages (clicks and scrolling). Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects aggregate performance data without cookies. We use this information to improve the site, not to identify individual visitors.
Your choice. A banner on the site lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. If you are visiting from Quebec, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, analytics stays off unless you accept. Everywhere else, analytics runs unless you decline. Declining does not change how the site works: all pages, calculators, and forms remain fully available.
How your choice is stored. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage (a record named cookie_consent) so we do not ask on every visit. To change your decision, clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser settings — the banner will appear again on your next visit.
Third parties. Google and Microsoft may process analytics data on servers outside Canada (see Section 11).
11. International Transfers
Some providers may process data outside Canada. Your information may therefore be subject to foreign laws and access by foreign authorities. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
14. How to Contact Us / Complaints
For any privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact us at info@anytime-accounting.ca (subject: “Privacy”). We respond within a reasonable time.
