Our Tent at Kupala Fest: Flower Crowns, Music — and Tax Questions

Olha wore a flower crown, our banner stood beside the tent, and people kept stopping by. Some came with a tax question. Others wanted to talk about business in Canada. A few simply wanted to say hello.
That is how a summer festival became a day of real conversations — many of them with people visiting from Edmonton whom we were meeting face to face for the first time.
The booth never stayed quiet for long
The photograph with the banner captures the day well. Olha would finish one conversation, and someone else would stop with a question about tax, accounting, or business. People did not need a formal introduction. They could simply walk over and start where they were.
We often meet people by phone, video, or at our Calgary office. At Kupala Fest, the first conversation happened beside the tent, with music nearby and flower crowns everywhere. It felt easy because it was easy.
The part we will remember
Hearing Anytime Accounting mentioned by the hosts from the stage was a lovely moment. Still, what stayed with us happened beside the tent: one person stopping, then another, and a practical question turning into a real conversation.
Anytime Accounting was one of the sponsors of Kupala Fest 2026. We were glad to support the festival — and even happier that so many people came over to meet us.
