Services: Services (e.g., tax return preparation, incorporation) are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you choose to cancel after we have started but before completion, you will be billed at our hourly rate for the time spent. Consultations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. Company Cancellation: If Anytime Accounting declines to provide service (e.g., due to conflict of interest or scope mismatch), a full refund of any prepaid fees will be issued.
